There is so much to celebrate! As I look back, I am thankful and humbled by everything you all have accomplished. The past few years have been unlike anything before them and even as life started to return to normal, there were still several unique challenges facing you and your clients. Inflation, market volatility, and rising interest rates all played a role, but you all rose to the occasion. You continue to wow your clients, beat previous records, inspire others, and fulfill Guardian’s Purpose to inspire well-being. And as the return to in-person events picked up steam in 2022, it was truly wonderful to be able to see so many of you and celebrate all these feats you’ve achieved.

The accomplishments celebrated in the following pages are a testament to your dedication, to your work and to your clients. Here we praise those who are retiring after many successful decades, those who are celebrating significant milestones, and those who will take us forward into the future. And as you’ll see in this edition of Field Service, the home office has implemented several improvements this past year as part of our ongoing commitment to your future success.
